Title: Posting Rules (Time of Day) Post by: Evil Bob on September 12, 2011, 05:42:27 PM For those who have never done a forum game before some quick rules:
You can be in several thread at one time, but in only one thread at any given time frame at a time. This is so you can't be in two places at once. If you go from one thread to another in a single time frame please post the link to the new thread at the end of the old one and a link at the beginning of the new one (or where you come into the new one) that directs you to the old one. THANKS! Time of days are: Early Morning 6 AM - 8 AM This is the wee hours of the morning. The sun hasn't come up yet and will crest during this hour. Mid Morning (or Morning) 8 AM - 10 AM This is when most of the morning activity will take place, the sun is low in the sky. Late Morning: 10 AM -12 PM The sun is high in the sky at this point. Early Afternoon: 12 PM - 2 PM Lunch hour Mid Afternoon (or Afternoon): 2 PM - 4 PM This is when lazy people usually take their afternoon nap. Late Afternoon: 4 PM - 6 PM The 'heat' of the day, but this is winter time. The sun is going down at this point. Early Evening: 7 PM - 9 PM The sun sets late in this hour. It will be dark by the end. Mid Evening (or Evening): 9 PM -11 PM Dinner hour. It will be completely dark by this time. Late Evening: 11 PM - 1 AM If people are up at this hour it is because are partying or up to no good. Night: 1 AM - 6 AM Only insomniacs, night guards and deviants are up at this hour. Please put the time of day and what day you are posting in your thread title like so: The Dragon and I (Day 1 Afternoon) Profanity IS allowed on my forum. So if you get offended by profanity, perhaps this game isn't for you. Also adult themes may be a part of this game. While they are not encouraged, they are not discouraged. Overt sexual themed threads that delve into the hardcore are NOT allowed. Simply use (fade to black) and end the thread. If you wish to continue to role-play the scene do it through other means. Thanks all and I hope we have a good, paradox-free, game! Title: Re: Posting Rules (Time of Day) Post by: Evil Bob on September 15, 2011, 11:36:39 AM Passage of time:
IC days will move slower than real days. This is because people's schedule will not align all the time to run threads and scenes smoothly.
