I actually really enjoyed the re-imagined BSG. The stories never got too tech-driven, and I thought that with a little tweaking it could also translate well as a western.

BSG stands for Battle Star: Galactica, I suppose. I liked the new one. Some episodes were great. Other were so-so. Gaius Baltar won the series. The end was stupid. Like, really stupid. It felt like a date with a 7-8 chick ending up with coitus interruptus as her father walked into the room with a shotgun. The Walking Dead felt okay for like two episodes for me. Then it got all Mexican soap opera on my ass, and not the good kind they have in the graphic novel. And well, the end was moronic. Also  |

I also liked the new BSG, but I agree with Shin that the ending was so lame... only way it could've been worse would've been "it was all a dream".

My parallelism is still applicable!  I really liked the new BSG, but fyi TNT's Falling Skies was awesome.
I found Falling Skies boring. Then again, I probably should've watched past the pilot. I did enjoy the Terra Nova pilot though. It was kinda like Lost but not boring! Then again, I only got bored of Lost after six episodes or so. Terra Nova still has time to disappoint |

Didn't even hear of FlashForward, but I kinda liked the explicit comic style of The Cape. Didn't like the protagonist at all though. The actor never did it for me. The black circus guy owned that show.

Yeah, that guy was the Muslim priest guy from Pitch Black and Chronicles of Riddick. He's a fantastic character actor.
Completely agree with you on the protagonist, he was really weak.

The pilot for Falling Skies was slow, but it did speed up and by the end of the season if left me wanting more, oh so much more.

The cast was still good. Loved Ben Browder as Mitchel. But yeah it was even more plot heavy then Atlantis and that was the problem. SG should be light plot, episodic, and funny. |
