People are requesting drug rules for some silly reason. I've come up with a couple.
Drinking: If people want to get drunk, they can get drunk, no roll needed. If they are in some sort of drinking contest where it is here is the rules: Stamina check: TN 5 x number of drinks they have had. Once drunk, do the checks again till one loses and passes out. EFFECTS OF DRUNKENNESS ARE: Fatigue Status, then Out status. These effects last for 6 hours each.
Opium or Liquid Void: If anyone takes opium or Liquid Void they instantly become 'Fatigued' (no roll needed, it's fucking opium). This lasts for 3 hours. If they take doses of the drug equal to their Earth in one day they become 'Dazed'. These effects last for 3 hours and then he becomes Fatigued! Positive Effects of Opium: You ignore three points of wound penalties. This effect lasts for 3 hours. Positive Effects of Liquid Void: gain a void point if they lost one. If it is not spent within 3 hours it is lost.

Where there's drug abuse, there's overdose Even alcohol can be deadly, and opium certainly is. Not that I'm suggesting anyone in our regiment would use the drug or drug somebody else with it...

Questions about opium:
How long does Fatigued last? I did some search fu and medical data seems to indicate that the haze from single doze lasts around 2-3 hours, which would amount for 1-2 game slots, but I prefer to ask than to assume.
Does Bad Health disadvantage apply when calculating overdose?

Overdoses will be handled with a case by case basis. If anyone is poisoning someone purposefully with an overdose, normal poison rules apply so they can give the right amount (otherwise the person might survive).

In my second question I meant the Dazed effect. Sorry for being unclear.
